DAVID ARCHULETA WANT TO TAP MILEY ALBUM

Hot News has learned exclusively that the 17-year-old crooner is working on songs for his debut album with Mafia Rock Records, the Santa Monica-based line behind the factory Miley Cyrus hits "7 Things" and "we are again."

A source tells us that Jeff Archuleta, small infamous father-manager , Recently met with the producers of Rock Mafia Antonia Armato and Tim James, who cowrote and coproduced eight tracks by Cyrus "Finally album, Breakout. They have also worked with Mariah Carey, Vanessa Hudgens and Aly & AJ.

Father and son arrived outside the powwow convinced that must come "in that sense," our insider said. "They want to tap Miley album."

Well, Archuleta is clear that we need a large amount of infectious pop to equal its forebear Disney-driven, especially now that his label has orchestrated a plan to take its first year effort fall on the same day as American Idol winner David Cook's debut sometime in November.
