Britney Spears is becoming more time with their children. Kevin Federline is increasingly money.

According to documents filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Spears monthly child support payments to K-Fed have been beaten from $ 15,000 to $ 20,000, retroactive to July 15, and Federline lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan will receive a check for $ 250000. (See the court docs.)
Lawyers for the former Chaotic tandem has been due in court this afternoon for a second day of discussions in the custody battle for sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
But at the last moment the hearing was abolished and the respective lawyers were sent to court for filing documents liquidation.
"The hearing has been cancelled," a spokesman told Los Angeles Superior Court E! News. "A settlement has been reached."
According to a source close to Spears and familiar with the deal, the 26-year-old singer will also get more time with their children.
The only thing called for in the settlement of Federline, 30, was "more money for him and his lawyer," said the insider trading.
The agreement means that the ex-spouses are not addressed to a court showdown. A trial in the tug of war case had been scheduled for next month.
Spears is well on its way to regain custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, who lost following its merger January.
"By the end of December it actually be receiving 50-50 time with their children based on their improvement," the source said Spears.
