Britney Spears is looking healthy and happy these days, which is great! Britney Spears recently spoke about her new diet and exercise routine.

Britney Spears has really made a return when it comes to his body. Spears has changed in recent years both for the better.

Britney recently revealed his new diet. Spears said he had reduced all sugar from your diet. Including your favorite coffee drinks!

Recently, Spears told the magazine OK, "Frappuccino, han ido. I still do have a coffee, but only with Equality." Britney says she is now, "healthiest I've been all my life."

"My diet has a lot to do with my going into shape. I have no sugar. Do not eat fruit or fruit juice, even because of sugar. Eating chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to make only 1,200 calories a day. It may not sound like much, but it's actually a large amount of food you eat, if the right things " , The magazine said.

Not only Britney Spears has changed her diet, she also continued its routine exercises. Brit Brit says she is doing, "a lot of cardio and weights" five days a week.

Spears has recently showed off its new trimmer figure in her bikini on the beach in Cabo San Lucas.

Britney appeared on the recent MTV Video Music Awards promotions with Russell Brand, appearing relaxed and happy. There have been rumors buzzing that Spears could make in this year's Video Music Awards, but so far this has not been confirmed.
