Courtenay Semel, current girlfriend of Tila Tequila, was arrested for battery after a night of drunkenness.
Courtenay Semel was cited for battery after hitting a security guard hotel in Las Vegas.
Semel, 28, is the daughter of CEO Terry Semel was not arrested, but Courtenay must pay their fines or face a judge in Las Vegas for his crime.
People magazine declared that Jay Rivera of Las Vegas Metro Police Semel said that "a hotel security guard in the back of his head" during the altercation at around 4 am on Wednesday morning.
