Lindsay Lohan the first lesbian lover, Courtenay Semel, spoke about the relationship in secret to a friend.
Although we are quite accustomed to the idea of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson data now seems Lindsay had a lesbian lover months before this relationship with Samantha.
Courtenay Semel told a friend, "Everyone thinks that Samantha Lindsay is the first lesbian love, but they are very passionate until their fear of being discovered took us apart."
