Jennifer Love Hewitt has exorcised the demons of his legal.
The actress' former management company has dropped a lawsuit claiming that she never agreed delivered a 10 percent commission to help her secure her role in Ghost Whisperer, according to a request for dismissal filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
A lawyer Handprint Entertainment Inc. refused to comment on why his client chose to stop the fighting, saying that the documentation speaks for itself. The application was lodged "with prejudice," meaning that the plaintiff has agreed not to pursue the matter in the future.

While the CBS drama, now entering its fourth season, brought the former Party of Five sixth round back "to national prominence as a star of television," Handprint claimed that she reneged on a verbal agreement to turn more than 10 percent of their income.
The company had requested at least 375000 dollars in damages.
